I enjoyed the lovely sea view from the front ground room, complemented by a very comfy bed. The breakfast served was impressive with a mega English breakfast option, making mornings delicious. I must mention that the hotel has that charming Victorian vibe, minus any corporate feel. the decor felt a bit dated and the furniture could use some freshening up. I also noticed cleanliness issues that need urgent attention, as some towels were stained. There were moments of awkward silence with staff who appeared to have limited English and could have been more welcoming during check-in and check-out. The lack of staff presence during peak times added to a sense of neglect. All in all, the ambiance and breakfast were delightful, but the service and upkeep left much to be desired.

The rooms come equipped with a handy telescope, offering stunning views of the beach and surrounding areas, perfect for those starry nights. the large family suites provide ample space, making them a comfortable choice for groups traveling together.
There are notable cleanliness issues, with some guests reporting unvacuumed floors and bathrooms that could use more attention. the inconsistency in breakfast quality was highlighted, with some guests encountering poorly cooked meals that dampened the dining experience. The décor appeared a bit dated, with wallpaper peeling and furniture showing signs of wear, suggesting a need for updates. Some rooms lacked necessary features like en suites, and there were complaints of limited information provided upon arrival, which can be frustrating for first-time visitors.

The Bella Vista offers a great home feeling, making it more like a cozy home than a traditional hotel. The breakfast selection included various hot items, such as eggs and beans, which were tasty and satisfying. The location is excellent, just a minute away from the beach and within walking distance of trams and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for travelers.
The steep stairs can be a challenge, particularly with heavy luggage.

I enjoyed my stay, particularly the comfortable bed, which ensured a restful night. The breakfast offered a great selection, including traditional options and cereals, making it a good way to start the day. the room I stayed in could use updating, as the decor felt dated, and noise from the street affected my sleep at times.

The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy, making it easy to unwind after a long day. I loved lounging by the sun terrace, soaking up some rays with a refreshing drink in hand. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi wasn't great in my area, but overall, my stay was memorable! 🌞

Family-friendly place, highly recommend! !
We had a great time! The staff were super friendly and one even helped with my parents' luggage like it was nothing. The breakfast was plentiful, with plenty of options to satisfy everyone, including picky eaters like my daughter!
It wasn't exactly a budget stay, but honestly, worth it for the experience.

Charming decor and a comfortable stay
I recently stayed for one night in an Executive Double Room, and I was impressed by the gothic-styled furniture, including a stunning large headboard that added a unique touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was spacious with a refreshing power shower that nearly could startle you with its intensity! the parking situation could be tricky, especially during peak times, as there are only a couple of spaces available.
